If there's no issue of mixing of genders and objectionable content in the curriculum, then it would seem that the issues raised in this post are not relevant. The only remaining concern is whether all the classes one takes are indeed necessary for acquiring a livelihood. If they are not, then studying them constitutes bittul Torah for men, and time-wasting for women. In addition to this, the Alter Rebbe says (Tanya ch. 8) that one defiles one's mind through unnecessary secular studies.
